Overview

 

Acts as a guest liaison; Assists guest with special hotel reservation, special dining reservations, special RV reservations, Equestrian events and special casino groups. Coordinates Casino Play/Stay; Acts as a liaison between RHC Management, RHC Employees, Guests, RHC Amenities and special events; Coordinates with Player Services Manager and Team to plan, direct, and implement VIP promotions; Responsible for communicating promotions to RHC employees, Marketing Team, HR and other partners.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Assists in continued development and implementation of guest loyalty and VIP appreciation programs.
  • Develops a strong knowledge of the Casino, amenities and surrounding community.
  • Provides guest with exceptional customer service
  • Handles guest complaints and solve problems to the degree possible.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of VIP Promotions and Events.
  • Assists with VIP Promotional Events.
  • Works independently and contribute in a team environment.
  • Inputs and accesses data in Casino operated computer tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest and casino information.
  • Requires strong communication, organizational, decision-making and interpersonal skills.
  • Assists in the organization of special events or promotions as directed by Player Services Manager.
  • Communicates with F&B Shift Manager in charge of entertainment.
  • Coordinates and communicates promotional events to all parties as appropriate.
  • Ensures thorough, constant, and complete communication to and from all other management team members so that knowledge may be shared fully.

 

Qualifications

 

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must have a valid CA driver’s license.

 

Education and/or Experience

Associates degree from Two-year College, or five years’ experience directly related to Hospitality, hotel, leisure and travel.

 

Language Skills

Ability to write, speak and communicate highly effectively before groups of guests or employees. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance .

 

Mathematical Skills

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

 

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Gaming license issued by the Paskenta Gaming Commission. Must obtain Title 31 certification as trained by Rolling Hills Casino.
