A Player Service Representative is dedicated to serving the guests of Rolling Hills Casino at the Shasta Club desk, Reception/Coat Check, Traveler’s Center and on the gaming floor with the best possible service by performing the following duties.
Requirements: Minimum 21 years of age. Valid California Driver’s License
Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred. Must have basic computer aptitude and customer service skills. Must be able to type at least 25 WPM. Must show the ability to work under team management approach. Must be willing to work any shift and weekends. The ability to speak a second language a plus.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to internal and external customers.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Gaming license issued by the Paskenta Gaming Commission. Valid driver’s license.
