  • Overview

    Supervises and coordinates the activities of Table Game Dealers and Slot Attendants by performing the following duties.


    • Supervises assigned table games or assigned areas of the slot floor.
    • Responsible for dealer and slot attendant procedural errors.
    • Responsible for tracking table game players.
    • Responsible for maintaining gaming table chip racks.
    • Corrects errors made by dealers and slot attendants on gaming floor.
    • Resolves customer complaints/disputes.
    • Promotes and develops positive customer relations.
    • Approves change making, fills, and jackpot payout transactions.
    • Monitors dealers, slot attendants and players to ensure integrity of all games.
    • Assures customer service and satisfaction by making sure players are comped, when appropriate.
    • Evaluates job performances of dealers and slot attendants.
    • Must learn, comprehend and comply with all Company policies and procedures, MICS, Gaming Regulations and Title 31 requirements.
    • Working hours are determined by 24-hour schedule and subject to change.
    • Other duties may be assigned.



    • Minimum 21 years of age.


    Supervisory Responsibilities

    Directly supervises 4-6 table games dealers or 4-8 slot attendants. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.  Responsibilities include: training employees, directing work, appraising performance, addressing complaints, resolving problems, and customer relations.


    Education and/or Experience

    High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).  Must have a dealing certification in the following table games:  Blackjack, Pai-Gow, Texas Shoot-out, and 3 Card Poker.  Requires a minimum of six months table games dealing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.   Must have basic computer aptitude and demonstrate excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and customer service skills.  Must show the ability to work under team management approach.  Must be willing to work any shift and weekends. The ability to speak a second language is a plus


    Language Skills

    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.


    Mathematical Skills

    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.


    Reasoning Ability

    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.


    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

    Gaming license issued by the Paskenta Gaming Commission.  TipS certification as trained at Rolling Hills Casino.  Must obtain Title 31 certification as trained by Rolling Hills Casino.

    Work Environment

    The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, high precarious places and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The employee is regularly exposed to tobacco smoke.
