  • Overview

    The applicant is responsible for proficiently dealing multiple table games providing prompt, accurate and courteous dealing services to players in accordance with standard procedures, maintaining the integrity of the game.


    Responsible for dealing the all the table games offered at Rolling Hills Casino. Dealing the games in accordance with gaming policies and procedures, including shuffling and placement of cards, correct placement of bets, correct setting of hands, rack control, cash handling and game protection.

    • Responsible for being in gaming pit 3 minutes prior to start of shift to receive table assignment; in full uniform and displaying badge.
    • Arrives at designated work station and/or relieves dealer on time ensuring the Table Games Floor Supervisor’s field of vision is not blocked when going in or coming off the game.
    • Greets all customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome; remains calm and attentive, especially during heavy casino activity.
    • Maintains a polite, professional and attentive behavior at all times towards customers and employees. Acknowledges known and repeat players in a polite, courteous and professional manner.
    • Always make eye contact with customers while on dead table to encourage play.
    • Projects positive body language on live and dead games.
    • Demonstrates attentiveness while dealing the game with cards, placement of cards on layout and dealing with customers to ensure protection of the game and maximize the company’s assets.
    • Duties, responsibilities, requirements and expectations pertaining to this job are subject to change as needed.
    • Must learn, comprehend and comply with all Company policies and procedures, MICS, Gaming Regulations and Title 31 requirements.
    • Working hours are determined by 24-hour schedule and subject to change.
    • Other duties may be assigned.


    Requirements:  Minimum 21 years of age.

    Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Prerequisite: Must pass a written competency test and audition on Blackjack to be considered for employment.



    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively to customers.



    Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.



    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.



    High security gaming license issued from the Rolling Hills Casino Gaming Commission.
