Prepares, seasons, and cooks soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, specialty dishes, and other food items for consumption in eating establishments.
Requirements: Minimum 18 years of age. Pass written Cooks test. Slip resistant shoes
Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred. Two years of cooking/food preparation related experience is required. Pass written Cook’s I Test.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, menus, recipes, short correspondence, and memos Communicate efficiently with your fellow coworkers and/or supervisors
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Gaming license issued by the Paskenta Gaming Commission. Food handler’s permit from a relevant government agency.
